Refund/Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

1. No Refund Policy

 

All purchases made through LIFTLABS USA LLC are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review product descriptions and shipping details carefully before completing your order.

2. Replacement Eligibility

 

We will provide a free replacement (not a refund) under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged Items

 

If your product arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

B. Item Not Received

 

If tracking shows no delivery and the package is officially deemed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim.

3. Incorrect Item Received

 

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photo evidence

Once verified, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge.

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Delays

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • High-demand periods

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
